★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently brought in a defective item that I purchased back in the fall without the receipt or the box that it came in. I didn't think that there was any hope of getting a refund because of my negligence with the receipt, though at the very least, I wanted to give them my feedback on the product. To my grateful surprise, the gentlemen at customer service went above and beyond to remedy this for me by locating the record of purchase on their computer system, which allowed me to return the item and be refunded.
I highly recommend this store, not only for the selection they offer, but for the excellent customer service. In addition, Home Hardware is proudly Canadian, unlike some of the other big name home improvement/hardware stores.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store, they have the best displays ever. Right when you walk in and to your right is the home decor section and it's always my first stop. The clocks are awesome and I bought one and it's beautiful. The staff are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help you find everything you need. The best Home Hardware store around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed some 1/4 round trim 8 ft long. Home Hardware close to me was out of stock. Their price- $6.60. Went to this Home Hardware and picked up 10 pieces. their price- $8.99. A diff of $2.29 a piece. Bought it before I checked the price. Went back to the service counter to get the proper price. Guy said that was competitive and there was nothing they could do. Got my money back and went to Home Depot. Their price- $6.60

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bankers hours went out of style about 30 years ago when Sunday shopping was approved. Google says you are closed Saturday and Sunday, and at 5 pm weekdays. ( 5 PM... ARE YOU SERIOUS?? ) Doesn't matter how nice the store is, or how nice the people are, you are always closed when I need stuff. I work until 5. Until you change...Peavey will get all my business. And if I need building supplies, I will gladly drive out to Sauble, or across town to Home Depot. Myself and many others are watching you slowly go out of business. Wake up already!!
