We were pleasantly surprised to find her as an incredible resource of information in all areas of purchasing a home. She is well connected in the Owen Sound and Georgian Bluffs area (probably more areas too but that was our focus). Wanda was able to answer questions and set us in the right direction in many areas of our home purchase. From a last-minute firewood order to helping find contractors to securing stable internet connection- you name it, she would find out for us and answer any questions we had.
