They've provided an extra special touch through their genuine interest in the residents and investment in the building. We also appreciate the warm touch added to the front lobby. Feels like home. R	Rod Rick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Public areas have been cleaned twice in 2 years that these current resident managers have been here, seems covid is the excuse for everything, public areas should always be cleaned , this new rent increase is partially for the elevator , an elevator that is never cleaned , the 6 months that we had to take the stair cases they were filthy and never dusted or washed , the banisters were filthy , the stairs were never washes and yet we were forced to use them as we had no other recourse, tile hallways that are never washed , not mornings not afternoons nor evenings , it's not like they were cleaned and we missed it , not a chance, the resident managers are nice but the job is simply not being done nor has it ever , there are many of your tenants that feel this way and come spring many will be leaving all we ask for is a clean building , the hallways are only vacuumed in front of the elevators on each floor , that's not fooling anyone again all we want is a clean place to live. we are not complaining about the rent increase but at least give a clean place to live.

I've moved out and may not be back, but I still wanna say thank you to my building manager Kimberly, she's caring and nice. I was suffering from depression when I moved to Owen Sound, it was a hard time. But she's always been warm-hearted and responsible since the day I met her. Although we didn't have much conversation, she's the best building manager I've ever met. David is perfect as well. Hope 2022 can be a happy, relax and smooth year to them.
