★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They constantly have bed bug outbreaks in their apartment buildings. They are legally supposed to contact all surrounding neighbours above and below to get a treatment done. But have not contacted any of them, only people that are getting preventive measures are the ones that contacted the office. As per ministry of health says all infected beds that you're throwing out are to be bagged. Which they are NOT doing. I know all this because I have a friend that lives there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't deserve the one star. That apartment is very uncomfortable to live so many cockroaches and carpets bugs. send one year is so difficult even we complaint as well but, they don't take seriously. All are money minded people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for over a year and a half before deciding to take on the Assistant Resident Manager's position. Tenants are friendly, units are getting done up nicely and there is lots of positive change happening here! It is a great area of town to live in and I would recommend Skyline to anyone who asks!

I've been living at skyline on macdonald ave since 2006--maintenance is terrible--ok more like non-existent -
they go through supers every 6 months-
they treat long time tenants like a hindrance/bother--
great place if you just want to move somewhere for a few months then move out--otherwise its constant harassment about entering your apartment to inspect this and that==or where tenants should park which changes at their whim.......and on and on....
on the waiting list for an elderly home then getting the heck outa here!!!!!!!
and if you ever want to lodge a complaint you will never find more condescending and sanctimonious people than the managers of skyline

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place i have ever rented in my years . I have never seen so many cockroach's and wood bugs in my life. The onsite managers are very ignorant and could not care less if you you put a order form in to have have something fixed. I have talked to many people who lived there or had just moved in and they see the same thing. Rent is way to high and has no security like they tell you. This place is ripping to many people off they need to fix the apartments that need fixing. Its been 7 to 10 years for some people that been waiting to have things fixed. Their famous words are always," we are looking into it". Landlords will not realize that the money paid by the tenants is by law to go towards apartments that people are in to be fixed if needed. The new managers are really ignorant and not friendly. They also have no idea what communication means. There is no need to go higher up for anything to get done they don't give a dam what you say. I will never recommend these apartments to anyone. For the ones giving the so called good reviews are probably the ones that do move out after their lease is up or more likely the buddies of the so called managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in my apartment for 15 months and I am so happy here. The addition of Scott and Monique McLurg has made a world of difference. The atmosphere in the building has improved such as it is a much friendlier and happier environment. It is nice that they make themselves seen and not always "hiding in the office" and they are always cheerful when they see a tenant. They have created a sense of caring and community, which is very refreshing and it has carried over to the rest of the staff. Where I live feels like a home!
