★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody beats the Sanders! Mmm, love the food. This is the cleanest KFC I have ever been to. The staff has a great Leader, and it shows in all aspects of quality and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this store especially when ordering online. I ordered for a meal on March 18 and app estimated the pickup time to be 9:42. At around 9:40 pm, I received a call from staff informing me that they could not fulfill the order because they are closed. It should have been okay, but as of this writing (more than two months had passed) they have not refunded me my money. I had followed up numerous times through phone support and even talked to store manager. I Was told they will forward to another department. Until now, nobody even reached out to me. Very poor customer service. I hope my negligible amount of money will make them rich!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this location on March 9, 2022. Ordered a twister combo, it comes with fries and a drink. The twister wrap was the worst I have ever had, chicken was over cooked and rock hard, sauce for the twister was wrong and I added a small gravy which was cold. Definitely not going to order there again.
If you go beware of the drive through as it has not been maintained during the winter months and there are snow craters

Details: I attended this location via the drivethru on January 22nd 2022 at around dinner time. I ordered the "Big Crunch box meal" with a Pepsi and coleslaw. When I got home I quickly ate the drumstick and fries, which were as expected. When I opened the Big Crunch sandwich it looked fine from first inspection. I took a bite and noticed the taste was a bit off. I looked at the lettuce and it seemed a bit on the not good side. I figured maybe a couple pieces of bad lettuce got on it, so I scraped the lettuce off. I continued to eat the sandwich and noticed the off taste was still there. I ate about half the sandwich before I stopped and figured something was really up with it.
About an hour after eating it I started feeling ill. I ended up spending the night in abdominal distress with constant trips to the washroom. I was not able to sleep and had the chills. I resisted throwing up but realized this may have helped me feel better sooner. This isn't my first bad experience at KFC, but it will be my last. They really need to fix their cleanliness and quality control issues. (They definitely don't clean their pop machine enough either).
Recommendation: Avoid this location at all costs. (The one on Great Northern road is not much better either). Eater beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this specific location! Disrespectful staff and dirty food. Bought a box meal and there was a hair on the sandwich. And that's not the only thing, When I went back to the restaurant to complain the employees didn't believe me and made bring the food with the hair on it. After asking for a compensation for having low sanity standards and gaslighting me all I was offered was another one of the same meals, no respect for the customers. Don't go there.
