★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having problems with our gas stove. We called and were given a time frame of a couple of weeks before they could get here which we totally understood. Peoples furnace should have priority.
They called us yesterday to say they had a technician available and could send him today.
The tech that they sent was very professional and explained what needed to do.
Very happy with him and wardlaw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although my original interaction with the call centre double booked my appointment and left me waiting all day for a no show, my local office remedied the situation immediately and sent Mark out to fix my system. He was prompt, professional, made sure it worked after fixing and then provided me with a tutorial on best practices and how to reset my system if the situation happens again. As a new homeowner using propane the info was welcome and appreciated. Thanks Mark!!!! Wardlaw needs to get rid of the call centre and let the local offices make their own appointments for service calls.
