★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, best looking gas station in town, and it's often cheaper than the rest of them. For people travelling through town, it's quite conveniently located, though those heading northwards might have some trouble turning left out of the parking lot, as the street can be quite busy, especially during work and school hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store to get 2 monsters (2 for 5) I get to the counter and i cash in my 2$ lotto ticket to pay for part of it. I ended up paying 6.28. I was with my 1 year old daughter so I was distracted and didn't think much of the price. I got home and thought that this should of costed me 3.65$. I check the receipt that was given to me along with my bag and I was charged for only 1 monster and sone other snacks. I went back to the store to tell them about the honest mistake and they were mad at me and didn't want to give back the change that they owed me and told me that it didn't make sense and that I was wrong and they will check the cameras. They said this was the wrong receipt, yet it had my lotto ticket on it, and the time and amount match my bank withdrawal so explain to me how this was the wrong receipt? I thought this was awful and made me VERY upset. I've worked at places like this and mistakes happen, you apologize and move on, but instead they raised their voice at me. I dont think I will ever stop by circle k again. Their customer service is awful and this isn't just a one time thing, they are often rude.

I came to the store to purchase a few items and the lady working this afternoon between 1-2pm had the audacity to tell me that "I don't look disabled," and claimed that I didn't have a handicap sign, when in fact, it was on the passenger side clearly visible! I will be taking my business else where and informing others of this disgusting matter. Unreal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier today I went to this store on second line east and I purchased a 2% 4 L bag of milk, and unfortunately when I got home I realized that the milk was eight days past the best before date. When I tried to call the company and let them know that their milk was eight days past their best before date the lady acted like it was no big deal and said she didn’t know what to do in the situation. I asked her if it would be possible considering I don’t live in the East End of town I live in the West End if I could exchange it at one of the Maxx is closest to me and she make the phone call that needs to be made. She tells me that she can’t do that because they probably won’t take the milk and they will not do the exchange. Personally I don’t think this business should be in business anymore and I straight up told her this considering they don’t even watch the productivity line and watch its tags before they even put it on the shelf which then puts out the customer !! How unprofessional!!
I do not speak highly of this circle K & do not suggest buying their grocery items unless you pay close attention, and I know I’m not the only one who has overlooked this, others have too, including my husbands kids who just this passed summer bought a week old chocolate milk. They clearly cannot be trusted to do their job property and now become a health and safety issue!
