★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was friendly and accommodating but the quality of the nail products used was horrible. I got a shellac manicure and my sister got a shellac pedicure. It was the most expensive mani and pedi I have ever paid for. Unfortunately my mani started chipping after 3 days. I went back and they just painted over top instead of removing the original and reapplying. Inevitably a few days later they started chipping and falling off again. I called and left a message but did not receive a call back. My sisters shellac pedicure started doing the same after one week. I have paid way less for manis/pedis that lasted way longer and were much less of a headache. I don't know what kind of shellac is being used at The Ten Spot, but its not very good quality. I won't be going back, thats for sure.
