★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to go red to blonde ,I was aware it wasn’t going to be blonde the first time which is fine considering my hair was coloured a couple times red but what I wasn’t happy about was they used the wrong volume in my hair when bleaching n toning that they burned my head! Normally with bleach it burns a bit because it’s a harsh Chemical but my head was so badly burn that I had to put Polysporin on my head for a week because of how bad the damage was! Normally I never write reviews but I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience that I had. Also lost some of my hair line because of the burn!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After moving to the Soo recently I desperately to get a cut. I walked into Hollywood, was greeted by Cathy. I showed a picture to her so she'd have an idea as to what I wanted. She told me she had 20yrs experience, definitely could cut my hair in the style I wanted and with no hesitation and she could take me right now. What I got was a fantastic hair cut. Well done Cathy. You now have a new customer!
