★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoppers drug mart has a great variety of products, and help to make things a one stop shop. The pharmacy team is good enough, and better than others, but need to be a bit more knowledgeable at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 1 star because there isn't a way to give a 0 star review. The pharmacy is a joke! I left because this pharmacy years ago as they would mistreat me and loose my medication. I had no choice to go there tonight as my AMAZING pharmacy ( Pharmasave Adels) was closed. Of course what happened... They lost my prescription and wanted me to come back, after already waiting an hour for it. I live out of town so there was no way I was waiting another hour. Shoppers pharmacy is so unprofessional and will continue to be that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lines up and time waiting is very long, it does take them time to get two people on the counter to address the line ups that are down the aisle, other than that service is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hours at the Cambrian Mall Location. A good selection of food/pharmacy/cosmetic items. A bit on the pricier side, but well worth it for the convenient location. Good customer service. Never had a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Shopper's Drug mart and was pleasantly surprised that they also carried grocery items to. You can get everything from bread, milk, eggs, also some frozen good. The best part is you still get PC Optimum points when you shop. The best thing I found was that the staff was outstanding. Any help I requested was given. I use a mobility scooter and I found that you could get around the store with no problems. If you don't want to be bothered to go to the bigger grocery stores this is convenient. I have one problem with them, I wish that they had some produce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use the pharmacy and the only times I find that I have to wait a little longer is early to mid afternoon when they are the busiest. That's to be expected. The staff are very courteous and helpful. They also sell groceries along with the typical pharmacy products and there is even a postal outlet inside. The extra hours they are open helps too. Very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff behind the pharmacy counter are rude and display poor customer service. I'm glad that I switched pharmacies. I dont mind being on hold, but I do mind passive aggressive behaviour coming from their staff!
