★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a terrible experience.We went to the store today and bought a camera lens and its was not fit to our camera. We went back for return and refund.
On refund they said , “ going to cut restocking fees” but nobody explained there any kind of this policy during purchase. As it’s written there u can return stuff with in 15 days ? And said it is a mistake of customer representative. On asking to show us the policy, “ they said it comes with purchase”.
On our refund they didn’t give our whole amount back.
I will not recommend to anyone this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best buy was terrible, bought a phone for $1.5k. it was supposed to arrive yesterday, they then delayed it so I changed the shipping speed to get it tomorrow for an extra $10. It went through, then they just canceled my order. Never using best buy again for anything ever.

Thanks for the great customer service and helping us purchase an expensive and stressful big purchase. Big shout out to Ian in the large appliance section.

He was pretty chill like I didn’t get his name but he should prolly get a raise. And Dan was cool too. They were all chillin even the dude who didn’t work there who I thought worked there was chillin.
