Algoma Technology Services (ATS) has been serving Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma's Business and Residential alarm and telephone needs for over 30 years.
About ATS (Algoma Technology Services)
In 1980 after the CRTC decision to allow competition in the Telephone Interconnect industry, ATS entered this new "Business Telephone Systems" market with the intention of providing a regional source for high quality, economical telecommunications products and services. Our offerings have grown with the industry to include new and innovative products such as VoIP, and include a broad range of data products. We have maintained brand name suppliers as our primary offerings including Toshiba, Nortel and Mitel. Our extensive customer base includes a mix of Provincial and Federal government facilities, larger corporate offices and local businesses. ATS's excellent market share is a result of an emphasis on customer service evidenced through very positive customer references.

We even have an emergency alert system set up through them for my grandmother.
Excellent customer service.

Had phone screen replaced they realized phone was damaged on inside, forked us out 230$ and for them to give me refund on phone they said they had to remove screen that does not work and us pay 50$ for labour to do so. If you need a phone screen replced go to micro age they are an authroized dealer and will not do you dirt like this place will. Awful customer service here would not reccomend to anyone.

Was referred to them by another security company
So I attempted contact if you can't talk to them on the phone it creates major problems
Finally it got through their heads that I wanted initial contact via email.
Fine. Have waited over a week to be contacted have one of their representatives come to my home to meet with me and started.
Nothing. Sent another contact no response.
So moving on from a local company. I am a vulnerable senior who needs a system.
But obviously my business isn't needed by ATS.
So wish that I was writing an excellent review.
