★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for poor customer service this is the wrong place. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The two woman they have working seem to hate there job and take it out on the customers. If you check online for sault ste marie Ontario it says there is higher options available but if you bring that up to them they can't seem to locate it. Make sure you get receipts for everything you do there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had good customer service when calling and the services are a good price but I wish they had cable available for the Soo. Due to this unfortunately I have left Vianet and moved to bell for the same prices for phone, internet and cable that it cost just for for internet and phone ?♀️. If your not able to find anything for a good price i would recommend Vianet though....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There internet service is as stated but i was over charged every month and i have contacted vianet about it and vianet said they will fix the problem but never did so after 3 months and multiple calls with them i got fed up and cancelled and ever since i did that they have not contacted me back about a reimbursement.

the Wi-Fi router they gave us can support gigabit connections sucks it's being wasted on these speeds
some nights it goes off completely
and we had to wait a week when we first got it
we kept calling them and they said they would activate it the next morning and they didn't until a week later
