★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared for them to look you straight in the eye, say we want you to pay 110$ per month for a "premium" phone, with no data or maybe a gig if we feel generous. And when you ask why get ready for "well Canada is a big wide open country so it's expensive to own a phone"
BULL**** 70% of the population of Canada lives within the same 10-15 cities, It's also MUCH MUCH cheaper to have the EXACT SAME plan in Sask or Quebec than it is in Ontario, why? Because Rogers actually has to compete with crown corporations there, Here they just raise prices in cahoots with Bell and other big telco's.
My opinion? If you can get Freedom mobile, Not Kodoo(owned by rogers), not bell or any other companies that offer the illusion of choice.
Look for a real actual phone company and not these scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ***THIS IS A 3rd party store "Beyond Wireless" and is operated and branded as Rogers"...regardless I would give 0 stars if I could.
Had a very poor visit to location which definitely DID NOT meet Rogers Core Values or customer service levels that are expected.
Only 1 store agent(Adrian) working which could definitely use coaching on proper customer service skills, and further training to learn to multitask multiple customers if he is the only agent in store.
He provided zero customer service whatsoever, or empathy towards situation at hand which was a extremely simple task...poor time management, waiting over 45 minutes(originally I was advised 15mins) but there should be no wait to get a simple SIM card /Exchange that the customer will even activate due to faulty card on account...
No resolution provided however, has been escalated to Rogers Corporate Customer Care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one staff employee working and the staff member could use some help and coaching. She had one customer when I first arrived then took a while that a line up showed up. No chairs while waiting. Poor environment with the store looking pretty grim and not a real Rodgers store but a 3rd party building. Just poor all over and had to wait for over 45mins for literally a screen cover
