From the gate our first impressions we're horrible not only did the lady look as though My mother and I was undeserving of her time let alone her presence and instead of asking how she can help she went down the list of how she could not help if certain criteria were not met before us even explaining and then once explained she gave us a SAD reason as why she could not take our money and see if mom could get a new phone she rejected to entertain the idea all together and rushed us out
