★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a screen protector for my s21 ultra and for some reason my fingerprint wasn't reading even after retraining the biometrics. The employee replaced the protector and the issue still persisted. He asked me to wait for a couple of days and promised me a refund if it doesn't improve. I brought the phone along with the screen protector the next day but forgot to bring the receipt and it was another employee, she told me, she would've been able to refund if I had the receipt handy. So I went back the next day with the receipt and the manager told me that they never give refunds for screen protectors.
And now I wasted $50 for the screen protector and my time because of the false promise of two of your employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was a perfect example of the best customer experience I have received. The Store Manager came through on the perfect gift! Great communication, the store staff was amazing!! Even offered to escort me to my car for safety!!! The Covid safety precautions made me feel even more safe. I can not thank the SM and staff at The Source SSM for making the impossible last minute gift possible!!

Tim has always provided us with various options for cell phone and internet services for the last 4 or 5 years and has saved us hundreds of dollars. Tim is able to explain and provide us with all the hidden details for packages we may not be clear on. It is always a good experience when shopping in the Source in the Station Mall. Tim and all of the staff members are truly amazing!
