★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in today to shop for jewelry for myself (a bride) and gifts for my bridesmaids. Was ignored by the sales associate the entire time I was in there as she was too busy texting on her phone, not once was I asked if I needed any help or if I wanted to see anything, even when I was standing directly beside the cash trying to see into the case with the bridal jewelry which was blocked by another counter. When I asked if the prices included the posted 80% discount I was told, quite abruptly, "No. And its up to 80%", which were the only words she spoke to me in the 10 minutes I was in the store. Pretty sour experience for me, I'm not expecting amazing customer service but acknowledgement that I am in the store actively looking for something would have sufficed. Will not be back, I'll purchase my jewelry and gifts elsewhere.
