I would like to say that they have excellent customer service thanks to Marisa and Peter. They took a not so good situation and corrected it. I went from unhappy to pleased with the service. I recommend this location as they take mishaps and correct them. Great place to conduct business and I would not hesitate to return. Thank you Peter and Marisa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store with the intent to purchase outright an Apple Watch. Mine and my husbands phone plan is in his name. They did not want to sell the watch outright to me, unless I had an account. Mentioned a credit check which when buying a device outright is not an accurate statement. Attempted to have me to make my own account to link the watch to, then said if I did be three months till I can move it over to mine and my husbands plan. Quoted the wrong plan price to me. Talked to a friend who worked for a different company previously , said basically they don’t get commission on device sales alone. Ended up leaving with no device.
