Had a great experience at this fido. Even thonits only a kiosk they did a really good job and were able to help me with what I needed . Would recommend to anyone. Cudos to Chris who was working and helped me out

Shittiest cell carrier in the whole world. I had free 1000 minutes international call on my plan. Yet i got a 230$ bill which included charges for the international calls i made. Guess what wasn't mentioned on my contract but they conveniently added to the invoice bill that the country i i was calling to is not included in my free plan

If I could rate the help line a negative star I would. Got told I would receive a phone today found out it wont be here for a few days. Also drove an hour into town and then out without a phone from my fido store provider after calling and asking If I would be able to get one before I left and they said yes. Lied to a few time. Worst costumer service. Never go with fido as a provider.

Hello fido , I've tried everything, this shouldn't be as difficult as it is but here we are, consider this my formal complaint. I got a new phone after I dropped my old one and it shattered, thought I was screwed because I still owed around $340 on it. Went to the kiosk in the station mall and spoke with the manager who assured me that he would waive the $340 if I upgraded today, he also sweetened the deal by telling me my monthly bill would go down by 10 dollars a month, I'd be a fool not to take this deal. Here I am, the fool, almost 2 months later with the charge of 340$ (plus tax!!!) still on my bill but also a 35$ charge i was not told about and to top it all off my bill went UP by 25$. I've tried calling fido customer service but they tell me I have to go back to the store I dealt with, trying to go back to the store gets me nothing but excuses and attitude from employees. I'm a pensioner and I feel I was taken advantage of, I cannot afford this , I tried finding a number for gab wireless to lodge a complaint but they don't seem to have a contact number, can someone who actually works for fido please help me??

I normally deal with this location for upgrading my phone, but sadly because of the staff I no longer will be. I was told that I could get the p20 pro on my plan for free but they had none in stock, so being the patient man that I am, I waited the two weeks that they told me it would take. Upon going in two weeks later I was informed by a very rude employee by the name of 'Danielle' that they didn't even place the order yet. Not only that, but when she was in my account I was told that my plan would have to go up 55$ just to get the phone, telling me that my plan was too old. She then tried to sell me an entirely different phone, an older phone at that for $110 a month (the rate that she claimed my p20 pro would need to be purchased on) and when I told her that I wanted the p20 she sighed and rolled her eyes and asked if my heart was really set on that because it would be too hard for them to get in during the busy season. I walked away frustrated, I've been a loyal fido customer for many years now since switching from bell, hopefully others don't have the same issues I had but I certainly wont be bringing my business here again.

Poor customer service. Purchased a brand new, albeit faulty device (hardware issue) in store. It was sent away for repairs, and I was told I would have to pay 400$ because the shipping time (to Southern Ontario) caused the device to exceed the defective hardware policy of 30 days. Contacted local representatives multiple times, and was told their regional supervisor would be in contact with me. I was never contacted and when I went back to talk to in store representatives, they had no record of my complaints. 4 months of going back and forth got me nowhere.

I hate this store and this service. Every time when you need just ask just one question, you have to wait in the queue more than hour easy. I ordered new phone in that store, which took about 40 minutes. Than waited more than half a month. Tried to visit this store couple of times just to find out about my order. Waited more that hour every time and finally got answer that my phone wasn't ordered at all???. It's impossible to get an answer to the call. They just don't mind on any calls if they have clients. This is awful service. I took my new car in financing mush faster and easier than new phone. If you really want to visit this store, make sure that you have couple of hours to stay in the queue for sure. Good luck.
