★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a tablet from staples and got a message today that I could go pick it up. Unfortunately I am in a wheelchair and the snow makes it quite prohibitive to travel. Of course this is why i ordered it delivered to my home. If i could have gone shopping i would have bought it in person a week ago. They have my money so that's where the service stops. They can keep the tablet and gi e it to their grandkids for xmas as far as i care but i will will never buy from staples again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a computer from Stables in September two years ago with extended warranty for two years. Since that the computer has been back several times because with many problems. It bever worked good!! Now the warranty is over, and I am without computer. I will never buy anything from that store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to the print shop to order 3 posters… awful customer service, the ladies working were blunt and rude. Told us they would call us the day after to let us know they were done… did not receive a call. Picked the posters up today and all 3 were terrible quality, the colours were streaking. Why would they even give us the posters if they weren’t satisfactory. Getting them redone and picking up tomorrow and will never go to staples for printing again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Printing came out real dark from website design. Asked us to bring usb because they can't edit the online orders. Came in with usb and too short staffed to helped asked to come back during the week. Came back during the week 1 cashier with 10ppl on line shipping out during the holidays. Whole process could definitely be more efficient. At least staff are nice and doing job as best as they could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The floor staff who weren't assisting other customers pushed me to staff who were clearly assisting other customers. Cashier was too busy playing with her cellphone and seemed offended when I tried getting her attention. I couldnt get a yes or no answer when i asked for a bag either.
Staff need to be more engaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a computer from them was told it was going to be good for school, has been trash the entire time I’ve had it. Didn’t work for school I tried to give it the benefit of doubt went back to get it looked at and even tho I pay monthly for my computer to get fixed and it’s been slow was told that I would have to PAY for it to get fixed then what is the warranty for. It’s garbage. They sales man also never told me about the return policy, so even worse.
