The place was disgustingly filthy.... every table caked in dirt, my shoes stuck to floor everywhere I stepped, counter dirty, pop machine gross... and food was disgusting.. don't eat here!!!!! Staff needs to learn how to clean.

I ordered a Tender Box meal and got coleslaw instead of macaroni salad and no cookies. I know they get orders wrong all the time but I keep hoping that one day, they will get it right.

Soggy chicken skin. Zero crisp. skin falling off the chicken all the time. ALWAYS messing up my order. last time. Better double check your order at this location. you're not getting our money again. Rip off. Go to the one on trunk road, they're a little better. 1 star bc i can not leave zero.

This KFC definitely needs to get their things together. We were just stopping by the city for the night from a 12hr ride from the west. Starving & Tired. Ordered delivery from this KFC 50mins before closing time. Waited 50-1hr just to find out that this location closed earlier than closing time and our courier was not able to pick up our food. If you guys are closing early maybe alert the couriers early so they can just wait a bit instead of closing your doors on them.

Chicken was so dry and overcooked, they added 3x the amount of sauce to try to hide it, and that's just the first sandwich...I'll throw the second away, lesson learned.

Service on GNR is terrible. The food is tossed in the bag. This location doesn't care about their business or the food they sell. The head Franchise should do an inspection. Get it together. Your drive through is empty compared to your competitors!! What does that tell you!!

This location has gone super downhill over the last few years.. I went through drive thru, ordered 2 taco bell meals, a couple extra tacos, and a KFC meal. Paid and then was told to go park in front of store. 3 or 4 cars parked after me... after 10-15 minutes all the other vehicles were gone, but they had an order they were trying to find where it went. I spoke with the worker and said what I had ordered, and not recieved yet. She mumbled something about finding the owner to this order in her hand and then went back inside the store. I sat waiting with no idea what was happening with my meal. No one came to my vehicle to apologize, or to tell me my order was being made after 25 minutes of waiting. I was tired of waiting and went inside and said I wanted a refund, the worker said a woman took my meal and they were remaking my order now. No apology about the 30 minutes I had now been waiting. I don't go to drive thru to be left waiting for that long. Sorry, not sorry, but I was past being patient and said no I would just like a refund. I admit I was rude when leaving and as I was walking out said they could of had someone come out and say something instead of leaving customers in the dark after 20 minutes. If you're going to be parking your drive thru customers, get a system going with it, have signs for parking spots, or give receipts and check them before handing out orders. I gave a star because they did give me a refund but they have terrible customer service and communication.

Every time I go there the order is never right. After I confirmed the order 4 times they still got it wrong. If they don't know how to take orders then they shouldn't be in the drive thru. It's always terrible staff and management is very rude. Won't be eating there anymore The amount that you get is ridiculous considering how much you pay for it. The portions are so small that you could put 3 dinners in the same box. The staff needs to listen most likely a language barrier but if that's a issue then put someone there that does know super frustrating to get home and your order isn't right
