Purchased a sectional over a year ago and our experience with the staff was pretty good , no issues with the sale and staff answered all of questions after the sale . Word of advice is to stay clear away from the Utrasheild warranty the staff pitches ! We were informed it would cover anything from accidental rips , normal ware and tare to dog pop ! We submitted a claim because one of our seams had came loose and the claim was denied because the warranty does not cover that *apparently* . **UPDATE** Contacted UlltraShileld and was told someone would get back to me (no one did).

Purchased a Sofa/loveseat on the 25th of July, 2020, at the time of purchase they said they needed to order it and it would be in within 3 weeks. which gave us plenty of time before we moved our daughter to another city on September 1st because we could pick it up the day before the big move.They did have the loveseat in stock, but we didn't want to pick it up that soon, we did eventually pick the loveseat up the day before the big move. I called 3 weeks later asking if the couch arrived - excuse #1, No it isn't in because of Covid they couldn't ship it by truck so it will be shipped by train and it won't be in for another week. 1 week later, called back again asking if it arrived, excuse #2 said the train didn't drop it off in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario it went to Toronto and they are going to ship it back up to the Sault and it will be here by the end of the week. Excuse #3 received a call from management from the store that evening after I called that morning telling me that the train dropped everything in Winnepeg and not the Sault. It will be here by the end of the week. I called them at the end of the week On September 11th, 2020 asking if their shipment came in yet; they told me they where expecting two transport trucks between 11am and 3pm that day and will call us once they unload and take inventory. It is now Sunday September 13, 2020, still haven't received a call from them. Called several times that day starting at 12pm when they opened, kept getting answering machine telling me the store hours, it took several calls before getting through. Excuss #4, They said to me that they where suppose to receive their shipment between 11am to 3pm on Friday, the transport company called at 3:30pm saying that they where not going to deliver it that day so it won't be in for another week. We are seriously thinking of cancelling this order and getting our money back and purchase a sofa at a different furniture store, closer to where our daughter lives and they will deliver to her apartment. Not impressed, called several Furniture stores within the city and asked them if they had any delays in shipments coming in and they said no they haven't lately but in the beginning of covid there where delays. Please think twice before going to this place with the many excuses they gave. For transport drivers, time is money for them. More deliveries more money and bonuses when delivered on time!!!!!!

my mother in law had went to look at a couch and the staff were unpleasant and not very helpful at all. she did end up going back to purchase it, with me, and i could clearly notice how standoffish a all 3 β€œsalespeople” were as well. ended up returning the couch today (didn’t pick it up yet - just paid for it) and unfortunately neither of us will ever buy anything from there in the future. maybe you’d have more business if the sales people weren’t so rude.

Horrible experience, no delivery, spent 2 thousand dollars on 7 piece living room set. let us walk out with 2 lamps the first day as everything had to be shipped and was not in shock like they said it was. Went back 2 weeks later and got coffee table and end tables, went back another 2 weeks later and picked up love seat, now have waited 4 weeks for the couch which still hasn't shown up. Purchased all of these items on the 20th of June.. today's date is September 4th. No phone calls, no updates very very upset and would not recommend my worst enemy to them.

I purchased a king sized mattress set from here. I wish I had been told it was final sale before spending nearly $2000. I had no idea I couldn't return it or at least have warranty through the company. I didn't take off my winter jacket when trying out new mattresses (sales associates, maybe this is a tip for future customers). The mattress felt so much softer in the store compared to when I got it home and I ended up purchasing a set waaaayyyyy too firm for myself and haven't slept since I bought it I have such bad back and hip pain. The mattress has been slept on a month and is still rock hard even though it is advertised as medium. I'm so disappointed I wasted so much money on this purchase without knowing it was final sale. I definitely won't be shopping somewhere without a sleep trial ever again. The sales ppl recommended I post it on Facebook marketplace which I did, but nobody wants to pay $900 for a 'used' mattress and I haven't had any luck selling. I lost hope on it getting softer I hate it so much last night I started sleeping on my previous queen pillowtop mattress instead.

Terrible customer service!!!! First of all,the sales people lied to us a half a dozen times, clearly just to make the sale. Which isn't totally unexpected. They hire a third party to do their deliveries. So two guys show up,one is very polite and the other was loud,swearing and complaining the whole time. Took off a door to bring in Asher and then took the hinge pins with him which I can't seem to replace because they're huge as it's an old door. My husband called the store and the assistant manager,who needs to be demoted said sorry take it up with the delivery guys. They are the face of your business,they represent you,you need to take accountability for their irresponsibility. We will never shop there again. As a manager in retail myself this behaviour is totally unacceptable and this assistant manager needs proper training.
