★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered all new appliances as we sold our house and needed all new for our new home. James was an amazing, helping us pick the right appliances. We thought we were all good, then we get a call from James. He was watching our order and it was getting pushed back because of covid. He advised us to look at other brands that would arrive in time for us. Thank god he's so good as his job and attentive. Otherwise we would still be waiting for who knows how long. This man really cares for his customers your not just a number.

They were absolutely amazing to deal with and are working hard to ensure we have the stove replaced before Christmas. Incredibly grateful for the wonderful customer service and dedication from this team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It had been years since I entered a Brick store, but all that changed June 25th, 2021! I was walking by the store deep in thought when something shiny caught my eyes! I looked over and couldn't believe it! It was white, how could it have reflected and shine so deep in my face? Well, it must of meant to be! I entered the store and this towering figure came towards me. I wasn't frightened though as a simple and calming greeting came out of this giant! We exchanged pleasantries and I mentioned that I was going to look over the appliances. "Take your time and I will be there in a couple minutes" was the response. Awesome. No pushy sales person following me. I went and gazed on the shiny thing that turned my head like a child hearing the words dessert! It was just what I have been looking for!! After a couple minutes I was greeted again by the humble giant. He explained that this model was great but could order me one just like it from another maker for a cheaper price! Holy heck! Not all about the money with this guy! I like that. Well, after a discussion about price, delivery and such, I pulled the trigger and my purchase was made.
Thank you James for the amazing service and thank you to the delivery guys who were very professional and down to earth people.
Oh the shiny thing I bought.....yeah....it was an all in one washer/dryer! Best investment for the apartment I am in.

He's the best... Knowledgeable, down to earth and friendly... Making you feel relaxed.....
