★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underground parking (below theater section) lot was a mess. I understand construction and all but the expectation is to review pathways, pedestrian access, etc. It appears all they did was put up barricades and said good luck. This was on a weekend and I didn't see any workers. It would make sense to add directional signs to guide you through the access including elevators - include security to support until such time that it becomes dangerous to allow entry. And if that's the case, they did a lousy job ensuring no one enters the area. It was full of people coming and going, having lunch, etc. I am not saying I'm an expert engineer in parking, but I do know bad planning when I see it. Find another place to park or go to a mall that makes parking a no-think effort.
