We had accidentally booked a date ahead, when we arrived Scott worked it out for us so that we could take an available room, which was an upgrade at no extra cost. Perfect location across from.the Beach, on the main road by all the restaurants. We will definitely stay again!
R	Randy Mitchell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the same place I came as a kid and have brought my kids here for the last 6 years. Up until this year it was always as expected... Outdated but clean with friendly staff. Not any more. New owners this year have turned this place into a joke. Removed reservations made a year earlier. Argued and called a liar even when presenting proof of a reservation. Some staff are friendly but management like to try and sell you a story. Figured I'd give them one more try and book for next year 2022. Well I'm told I can not reserve room numbers (even though I need ground floor, told I will be given what is available union check in) only room types. Rooms here have adjoining rooms and such so specific rooms meet your needs better than others. Owners and management don't care and say this is how it is now. Apparently a reservation is only for a room not what you specifically ask for or pay for... I would not recommend this place to anyone coming to Penticton. They have cost themselves at least 9 regular customers from the time I've been here that will not be back.

It’s an older hotel but Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Probably the best location of all hotels on the strip . It was central and surrounded by a lot of great restaurants. We are coming back year 100%
B	B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I could literally write in the dust because it was so thick. Toilet and tub not cleaned. We had no pillows, no towels, no shower curtain. The blinds looked like they were covered in black mould. Will never stay here again.

I had pre-booked a room for the night after a long detour from Vancouver through the states (due to the BC flooding). I received an email which said I would have a 4-digit code to get into my room, because I was arriving late in the night. I arrived at 1am, completely exhausted and opened the email to see there was no code listed. After calling the office and walking around the hotel, I could find no one, so I gave up and stayed somewhere else that night. The following morning I called to see if I could get refunded and the hotel representative refused to grant me a refund for the night I could not spend there due to there not being a code for me to enter my room. Very disappointing. Especially after a very long day of driving. Be careful if pre-booking here. You may not get your money back, through no fault of your own.
T	Tony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than the great location.. this place is a complete dump. The room was dusty, curtains stained, toilet dirty, pillows and towels missing. Parts of the room looked like it hadn't been clean in a very verylong time.
S	Shane Dalla Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was not ready at the offered check in time and we were more than happy to accommodate the hotel asking us to return at 4pm. We gave a bit more time for them and arrived at 5:30PM. Our room was very disgusting. The beds were made and the room was tidy but that's about it, no towels or pillows so we had to walk around to try to find someone as no one was in the lobby. The dresser had a thick, I'm not exaggerating, layer of dust on it as if it had not been cleaned in over a month. The mugs, coffee bags, tray, stir sticks were all dusty. The glasses were dirty, with debris caked inside of them. The curtains had what looked to be black mold on them or some sort of awful black stain starting at the bottom and going about halfway up the curtains. The bathroom was either not cleaned or cleaned poorly. There was dirt or feces under the toilet seat. The shower curtain was left in its original bag, laying inside the shower. If i could give less than a 1 start rating i would, extremely disappointed and none of us will ever return or suggest this place to any friends or family. This was by far the worst experience i have had.
