L	Leana Allison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this motel for 2 nights in July and weren't expecting much, but even with that we were disappointed. The check-in lady was friendly and informative. Got us our key quickly. Then the room appeared decent and we appreciate the layout, as we have two small children so it is nice to have a seperate bedroom when we stay in a hotel. Kitchen was clean but I was worried by the sign that informed us that hotel guests are responsible for the cleaning of the dishes (which to me means they can be rinsed off and put away without actually being cleaned). The room was dated but that didn't bother us. The bed in the main living area is a pull out couch so we definitely expected it to be fairly uncomfortable but it was so much worse. We opened it up and it still had the sheets from the previous residents. When we went to tell the front desk they handed my husband new sheets and apologized - no offer to come make the bed for us. So we made the bed... whose mattress is exactly 3 inches thick and all slopes to the center. Good points: AC worked very well (was loud but for us, that is a good thing), couldn't hear the neighbours or outside of our room (although may have been because of loud AC unit), great location, fridge was nice and clean.

S	Sugar Phreak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Shoreline Resort is a bit dated and in need of some TLC.... And that is why I love it. It has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, some great people running it. The rooms are clean and well kept. Of course the lake is literally across the street. Only steps from this location are ice cream shops, mini donut stands, and a spattering of small restaurants. This quaint little resort is the epitome of what the Penticton experience should be. I highly recommend it!
m	merna elias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is really friendly but the rooms are just old and dusty. When we first walked into our room you can smell cigarette and was humid in the rooms. We turned on the Ac and honestly so many spiders in the washroom window and also water in the shower just randomly turns hot and cold! it was super dirty and dusty in the rooms and washroom as if no one cleaned them before we came! Not a place I want to come back too! I felt very uncomfortable in the stay here!
D	Darlene Stutters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a decent hotel for the affordable chain of hotels. The rooms are very small or at least the one I stayed in was, but they are clean. Cleanliness is a must with me. All in all it's a decen hotel that you can stay in for a week or more and not go broke.
I	Iola De Stefano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were just up there last week, we were so exited to finally be on a vacay with my family to celebrate my mom’s 70th, but so disappointed with this place. We booked 3 rooms at once but we were all placed in different locations. The rooms were filthy, spider webs everywhere, my daughter is horrified of spiders… she barely slept the whole time we were there. We opened up the sofa bed for my son and there were crumbs in the bed. The bathroom was disgusting with hair, cob webs, etc… the coffee pot leaked from underneath every morning. The oven did not work. The floors were gross. The pool was closed. No BBQ available. The front staff was nice…. Super cute dog to … to greet you! I don’t typically complain but I had to this time. I travelled a lot and never stayed in a place like this. And stop using COVID as an excuse. If you are open for business, you need to provide a clean environment. Best thing was the location.
V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Arrived around noon and stopped by to say we would appreciate an early check in. The lady at reception offered to checked us in right away. That was great service and not expected. The roomn old but was clean. Negative: I wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like. This is an old motel but it was clean and that is what counted. There was a smell about the room. Couldn't figure it out. Could have been a cleaner.
