★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no electricity in the whole hotel and they didn’t have any electricity generator backup, no wifi. Trust me folks, for different hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stay in the suite, access to a full kitchen in the room was awesome. The Bistro made an amazing cappuccino and grilled egg and ham sandwich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 2 $100 Summerland resort gift certificates that have Spa included on the writing on them given to me by a friend not even a year ago when my mom passed and I phoned a few days ago to the Spa at the resort and they took the number on the certificate and didn't say at that time that I couldn't use them but when I got to the spa yesterday they said they didn't honor them. So I went to reception and the manager on yesterday is going to get ahold of the owner but I'm still waiting to hear. My girlfriend bought these in Kelowna. I'm very upset as this was supposed to b a relaxing experience as I've had to deal with the passing of my mom and my dad and it was anything but! Also these are 2 $100 gift certificates!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would have gave 5 stars if my room had a usable desk to use my laptop. I should note I stayed here on a work trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to stay while in the Okanagan. Well-appointed rooms, views over the lake, and a nice pool and exercise facility, all tucked away in a very quiet corner of Summerland. The kitchenettes have everything you need. The small marsh near the resort is a great place to see birds and the resident beaver. We’ve stayed here several times over the years and always come back.
