I have been seeing Nicole now for a year and she is amazing in all facets of her treatments including massage, facials, pedicures. As a previous Spa owner I am pretty picky about my treatments and protocols. Ikhaya now uses Eminence Organics as their product line which I believe is the best skin care on the market. I have been using Eminence Organics for over 6 years and can't get enough of it. Its not cheap, but it is all made from fruit, plants, vegetables, herbs etc. You could practically eat it and it is so good for your skin. Can't wait to get back there!!!

We have been to this resort every Summer for the last 3 years and have used the spa each time (it was then under different ownership and under a different name) and it was always just average. Kudos to the new owner for creating the most unique and authentic spa experience in Summerland. The ambiance is so serene, the music calming, the treatments exceptional and the place is very clean. Most impressed by the well trained staff who are very professional in their work. I would strongly recommend this place!

They opened early for us, had a sign outside for my daughter's birthday, and had cupcakes with a candle for her. We both had a massage and a facial and they were both just heavenly. Thank you both so very much for making our experience as fabulous as could be.

The owner, Farzana, was just so friendly and knowledgeable and did one of the most relaxing facials ever. Not sure if this is normal, but there were no extractions so be aware of that. The pedi was done by Hein, and she was also so friendly. The pedi was also different than what I had expected and experienced in the past... I still have dry skin under my feet because there was very small scrubbing, so keep that in mind too. None the less, it is a relaxing clean spa, and if that's what you are looking for, this is the place. Oh and all the products are natural, vegan, and cruelty free.. as an animal lover, that was the bonus. Highly recommend it, and will be back for more facials for sure!!!

Hana knows how to do a thorough Pedicure, not just to feel good at the moment type, but to really get at my problem areas so that my feet are good weeks from now! Wonderful experience and I highly recommend both Ikhaya Day Spa and Hana!

The receptionist was lovely and was able to squeeze me in for a very last minute treatment (less than 24 hours notice), and my facial definitely surpassed my expectations. I've previously worked in a 5* resort and can genuinely say this was one of the best facials I have received. The product line they use is also amazing and I will certainly be returning :) Thanks Shannon!
