★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Without A Doubt Day Spa with enthusiasm and definitely without hesitation! I’ve been a regular client for over ten years now & I’ve experienced the range of services offered. I have consistently left feeling relaxed, happy & satisfied with the quality of service whether I’ve been taken care of by Rachael (owner) or by one of her staff. On the very, very rare occasion that I even hint at not being satisfied, the team is quick to address and fix the problem. I do my own research on products they carry & I ask a lot of questions regarding the products (all high quality). I continually receive honest answers rather than a “sales pitch”. I am never made to feel bad about not purchasing a product, even after trying a sample. Even though the business has grown quite a bit since I started coming here, neither the personalized care nor the high standards have ever been compromised. The atmosphere is still friendly (especially with Sharleen out front) & customer-focused. It is evident that everyone cares that every client leaves happy and that is indicative of the hiring standards and the ongoing training provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few of my shellac nails fell off and the staff were so friendly and accommodating to fix it up :) costumer service is so important and can be frustrating sometimes, but Without a Doubt these people were understanding and kind without hesitation! Thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately My experience with the Bio gel product was not successful. My nails where damaged. That’s why I decided to try the Spa! Good reviews on the product! The gel started to lift the second week! I wasn’t sure if it’s because of the condition of my nails! The second time around it stayed on nicely for 4 weeks! I was very pleased. After the third visit once again the second week in started to lift again. Needles to say I’m Disappointed! It’s an expensive manicure and product!
The Spa is lovely !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a Deep Tissue Massage with Marilyn at Without A Doubt and my very sore, tight, broken body has never felt better. Marilyn is truly magical - from the assessment all the way through treatment.
I have been to many RMTs to help tightness in my back and legs but Marilyn was the first to address the root cause of the problem. And she told me what to look out for if/when it happens again and what I should do.
When I’m in Penticton again, I will definitely be visiting Marilyn & Without A Doubt again!

Our first Fire and Ice pedicure was so relaxing and to add that little extra touch was a glass of wine and cheese to make their customers feel that true spa feel. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came back from a lovely time at the spa… got a pedicure with gel polish, fire and ice facial, and sugaring. Had 3 ladies all together and every one of them did fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled at what they’re doing. I plan to go back regularly moving forward. I definitely appreciate that they were able to accommodate me by doing all of these treatments back to back as I live rurally and drive 2 hours to get here. Top notch service! Definitely recommend :) I bought some of the skin care line based on their recommendations so I will try it out and see if helps my skin long term as well.
