★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always loved the beauty and feel of Heiress. I had to wait several months for my booking with Shawna but it was worth it! From start to finish my experience was fantastic. Started with an lovely relaxing head massage and hair wash, to a fresh cut that is styled and smelling great. She listened to my wishes for length of cut, added an idea to add texture, that I love! She was also full of advice when I asked for it. The passion for hair care is evident and her joy is contagious.
