★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this salon!! The women at this salon are professional, creative, friendly and make my hair dreams come true!! It can be hard to find a stylist who can work well with curly hair but Amanda is fantastic. Highly recommend Kat, Andrea and Amanda as stylists as you will not be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to Pump to get my hair dyed from dark blond/light brown to platinum blond. I had Kelsey and she was amazing from beginning to end. She really cares about making your experience and hair the best it can be. She’s a perfectionist and my colour is completely even from roots to ends. She also made sure my hair was completely straight for the perfect finish. I can’t rave enough about her! She’s an amazing, kind, awesome human/hair stylist. She also is great about working with people that are afraid to cut off more than half an inch of hair (me). Did you know they have massage chairs you can sit in while your colour processes? Anyways what an amazing experience, my hair looks the best it ever has. I’ll be back for sure 10/5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelsey was so friendly and honestly pampered me with the best balayage and haircut I have ever received. I haven't had much experience lightening my hair and she gave great recommendations for my hair type and I'm extremely happy with the result.

Nice atmosphere at the salon and Katrina was very professional and personable. She asked what I wanted done and was very good at explaining the process she would use. I am very pleased with the result and left feeling like I had made a new friend! Thanks Katrina?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katrina at Pump Salon did an amazing job cutting my hair today.
When she asked how I was and I told her that I had come in with a mild migraine, she offered to lower the volume on the music and the lights. She adjusted the temperature of the water as she washed my hair, and also made adjustments to how she massaged my scalp.
Basically, she went out of her way to accommodate my needs and make me feel comfortable. I'm sure that she would be equally as caring for any of her patrons.
Her hair cutting skills are top-notch.
I will definitely go back and recommend her to friends.
