They handled both my kitchen sink leak and hot water tank replacement efficiently and effectively leaving me stress free. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashley and her team managed our house and 1/2 acre property in Osoyoos for almost 4 years, and the management of our property was exceptional. They managed all tenant relations, conducted quarterly inspections with reports for us, and took care of minor repairs and maintenance, ensuring our house and property were well maintained. This assisted us to manage our investment without worries or sudden issues that we would not have been able to deal with as quickly. They used local services to service plumbing and heating and our outdoor pool servicing. Our tenant was fabulous due to a thorough screening process, and I know that Ashley was well educated in tenancy laws and would be our advocate if any matters arose. Thank you Ashley and Pam for your knowledgable assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in a unit managed by SOPM for several years, and I am a huge fan! Technically they represent my landlord—but as a renting tenant, I have found them so thoughtful, proactively supportive, and efficient that it feels like they are there to make my life easy. No matter what issue may arise, one quick message will bring an immediate response—and the appropriate solution (or workman, etc) thereafter. They have longstanding relationships with some top-notch local tradesmen, and they apparently get priority service. As it happens, I like them tremendously as people, too; I actually look forward to my visit with Pam during our quarterly inspections. I feel truly lucky that my place came with them in charge. If I end up buying property of my own in the region, I absolutely will want them as my managers.

The property already had tenants, but we were living out of Province and needed a really good management company. South Okanagan Property Management came highly recommended. We were very impressed with Ashley and her team, they were Professional, Efficient and Thorough. They were able to provide contractors when we needed some light repairs, and their monthly reporting made us feel very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend South Okanagan Property Management for anyone who needs the best!
