★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually have nothing but raving reviews for TD Bank.... Today they get one star due to the fact that they only offer one TD ATM to all of their Penticton clients, after banking hours. That is it, only one ATM. Today, like last time, the ATM did not accept my Cash deposit and again, I have a bill coming out tomorrow. I am personally getting incredibly frustrated with TD's "big green chair" customer service, which is directly effecting my simple banking needs. No other bank in Penticton closes off their ATMs, in Penticton, except TD... Time to switch banks?m

If I move away within an hour of penticton I will only go to your branch! Not only do you all make me and my husband smile and laugh! I have never had such exceptional service from any bank ever!! And not just for our selves iv seen you all work with the most horrible clients! And your all so positive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure how TD's "exceptional CUSTOMER service" is, as they wouldn't give me $120 in change because I'm not one of theirs, but I can definitively say now that their SERVICE is terrible. My thanks go to RBC for being the only bank open and awesome enough at 8am to break a couple bills for a NON CUSTOMER. Guess who I'm never banking with? TD. But I'll definitely consider RBC in the future.
