One customer service helper working. Several of us waited more than 15 minutes for help. We were all unable to use the ATM. Terrible.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and support. I began doing my business banking with VF (and specifically this branch) in May of 2019 and they've always exceeded my expectations of a financial institution.

Called 2 weeks ago to meet up with agent to have info of product, services and maybe open an account. Took 1 week to get set for an appointment. They called today to cancelled and ask me to call again to be reschedule......So I did....took 15 minute to explain AGAIN...that I want to meet up to see and get info on your services.....The girl on the phone has no idea of what I am talking about...telling me that i could just look online for info!...Well...now I know how LAZY and LAME Valley First Penticton services is!

Bank machine shorted me $20 from a $5500 withdrawal, teller was quite rude earlier when needing assistance, worst credit union experience. Grateful for my credit union Vancity that helped me by phone.

This bank always has bad service, but today they crossed the line. First I drive to Cherrylane, they have a min. 1 hour wait for service. So I had to drive to another branch. I wanted to wire money to a US bank account. They asked me for what purposes!!!?? THAT is NONE of your business. What I do with my money is my own personal right. So they refused to wire my money. So now I have to take my money over to TD and wire it from there. Why am I banking with you if you refuse to service me. I plan on switching all my business and personal funds to another Instituition.
