★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While waiting in line i overhear a woman stating this is the slowest bank in penticton. I asked slowest RBC or bank? She responds, slowest bank period. I continue to wait . . . Only to find i have left my drivers license in my purse (not diaper bag lol). I am left feeling the other picture ID and answering security questions will suffice for me to pick up my replacement credit card, But no! after all of that I have just been strung along for 15 minutes with a sleeping baby and husband waiting in the car. So frustrating! I understand I needed my government issues ID - next time just cut to the chase RBC. Wont get that hour of my life back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in yesterday. was having a fine day. teller wasn't in a good mood. she behaved like she disliked her job. I said politely how are you today. she might as well have shrugged and rolled her eyes. she made a face like she was tired of answering any questions whatsoever. I felt like I had been treated with not a shred of customer service. I made the option to come into the bank rather than doing an e-transfer-- now wish I'd done the transfer!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the branch after trying to purchase something and they had closed my account without notifying me even. What if it was an emergency and I needed to pay for something like a tow or medicine?
They told me I won't ever be able to open a new account because family maintenance is monitoring my income!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst banks in existence! It's always had the worst management of any bank I've ever been to. Recently, I've been trying to get a transaction completed and it's taken literally 2 months and multiple visits to the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the population of Penticton has grown and is still growing rapidly yet you geniuses at head office thought it was a smart idea to close the second branch in town and not open up more wickets and get rid of a business teller. I am leaving this bank thanks for making the decision for me RBC. YOUR A JOKE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great once you get inside and to a teller all of whom are friendly and helpful. However, now only one branch in town, in the downtown requiring longer drive and parking not always easy, frequently line ups with several wickets closed, not open Saturdays, etc. Come on RBC you can do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I arrived for a 5pm appt w/Lilliana. The appt was booked via the contact centre and unfortunately the booking didn't make it to the branch calendar. She welcomed me in right away and apologized for not having my info in her calendar. And may I say the security professional at the door is super kind and welcoming as well, a lady who worked on Friday night. All I needed was to update my web pass, and confirm my account opening but she went above and beyond. I felt so taken care of and cannot say enough about my wonderful experience. I post under an alias for security reasons but I want to thank her being a down to earth, knowledgeable professional.
