Always love staying here when we get the chance! The jacuzzi room is clean and cozy, and the jacuzzi tub and rainfall shower are so nice. They have the cutest little dog named "Happy" that lives there β™₯️ They are so nice and welcoming at The Casa Grande Inn, I definitely recommend!

This is simply a fantastic little get away, with even better pricing that is far below what it should be! Super clean, super friendly, super location super comfortable and the freshest food. Although we didn't have time to stay for breakfast, it looked absolutely amazing....no toast and coffee here. Full spread of anything you could imagine, freshly cut up fruit to add to your yogurt or oatmeal, eggs, toast, coffee, freshly baked blueberry bran muffins. The host aims to make sure you are taken care of...all you had to do was ask, and she made sure it was done...if it wasn't done already! I even check anywhere else....MUST STAY places BC!

Cozy, clean and quiet. I stayed for one night in the Mojito Room. The location of this B&B is awesome, great view of the lake. Hostess is very friendly and personable. Quick to offer info on the area. Continental breakfast in the morning was pretty basic -fruit salad, toast etc., but the BEST blueberry bran muffin I’ve ever had. Wish I had the recipe!! Overall very comfortable stay, slept well.. only downfall was the water pressure in the shower, and it was a little chilly at night (extra blankets in my room came in handy).

We have visited Casa Grande several times and have fallen in love with the place! Hostess/Manager Elise made our stays extra special by taking very good care of us with her warm & spunky personality, entertaining stories, great fresh baked muffins, and kind heart. She keeps the place spotless, each room has its own unique character and thoughtfully decorated to make you feel at home. She waits up until every visitor is safely back in their room before locking up for the night. Elise is amazing and we look forward to returning for many more wonderful visits with a glass of wine overlooking the lake. Sincerely, Rory & Debbie Lawless

My partner and I had planned a stay at this bnb in mid-March. However, due to the pandemic we had no choice but to change dates. We honestly received really terrible customer service from management. The woman at the front desk was okay to speak with, however, I could hear a co-worker in the background whispering things to her while we were on the phone. For example, when we asked to move our reservation forward noting that part of our trip had included visiting my grandmother and we had to delay due to the ongoing pandemic, the co-worker, presumably the owner, whispered 'just tell her it's a new policy, I don't care about her grandmother, too bad'. So when the woman relayed to me that she could not move our reservation as this was a new policy, clearly this was made up on the spot, and she didn't realize I could hear the man in the background. We had pre-paid in full and received no money back and very little room to change dates – we were offered no empathy or flexibility. I felt that the staff at Casa Grande could have been a lot more reasonable about our situation and the continued whispered rude commentary from the co-worker in the background was unnecessary and showed very poor customer service. My family and I will never stay at this establishment again. Truly disappointing.

This review is more for their customer service than anything else. The provincial government stated in a press conference yesterday that all leisure travel to the interior should be cancelled at this time. I contacted booking.com to request a cancellation minus the cancellation fee. Casa Grande’s response to this was to say that they will not honour this and that we should come to Penticton as their is no issue with the fires or evacuees looking for rooms. We’re just trying to do the right thing and these people won’t budge at all. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

We had booked with Expedia to come to the Ironman Race for 2021. There was no mention on the listing for Casa Grande that their policy was "non-refundable" for the Ironman. When Ironman was cancelled due to Covid regulations and restrictions, they would not refund our hotel, even though it was over 30 days prior to the event taking place. The lady on the phone at the hotel was smug and not at all apologetic. Absolutely disgraceful. Every other hotel in Penticton offered refunds.
