S	Services Populaire CNC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is based on a three night stay. I travel. I travel consecutive nights with both enjoyment as well as fetigue. The staff members are professional, and they engage in conversation when asked for. The room standard is kept high and requests to change rooms are not scrootenized. Jenn, Steven, and Lynn are memorable names. High recommendation for the following: Corporate- 80 plus (breakfast, lunch, dinner, dinner plus adult beverages) Kamal at Bar One delivers a premium dish; spiced to preference. I had booked guests to stay here for my wedding and even though I had gone through the process of providing a third party authorization and putting my credit card on file, they still charged my guests for the stay. They charged the full amount even though I had booked under a block reservation and still denied that I had done this even after I showed them the confirmation. One of my other guests that I had booked a room for had ants in the room and was still charged for the night while applying only a small discount. Overall, we had a horrible experience with the customer service and absolutely would not recommend.

Friendly and always trying to help, the building would benefit from a renovation and the room was ok-ish, old fashioned, but very clean. Loved the gigantic parking lot for our trailer. I give 5 stars for this amazing team

Pool is closer and misleading through the website. The lobby is deceiving as it’s the only thing that’s presentable. Once past the lobby, the hallways are boarded with tape and super old and dingy. The rooms are disgusting old, the shower pressure is a joke. Staff service is mediocre, maybe if it was better than this place would have been worth it just for that. But nope. Definitely recommend staying elsewhere
M	Miranda Piccinin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t recommend this hotel whatsoever unless it’s super last minute thing and you need a place for a night. Old, run down hotel. Bathroom fan broken, loud banging noises in walls, which I was told “oh it’s an old building there’s not much we can do about that”. Dirty kitchen cupboards with stains. Leaking bathroom faucet. Dirty stained bed comforter. Hallways smell like a mixture of cigarette smoke and weed at all times. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything and everyone else staying on your floor. Room with full kitchen missing necessities to use kitchen functionally. Oh and also the pool and gym are closed due to Covid..? Yet every other hotel is doing reservations for people or groups to be able to use the facilities. Just laziness on the hotel managements part so they don’t have to monitor this.

Front desk was anything but friendly. Argued over the phone insinuating I did not book at this location, and must not have booked anything in the first place. Once that was sorted, I got into the room to discover there was old food in the fridge, hair in the shower and all over the floor. Gross. We proceed to order room service where half of our order was missing, not a big deal, I phone down. She says she knows she forgot parts of it and realized when she got back downstairs… but didn’t bother to bring it up and charged me anyways? And finally, our room has been barged in while we were in it twice, due to our reservation apparently showing we were supposed to check out today. Again, I have the confirmation numbers to show. Don’t waste your money on this place.
a	amber horte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here on a work trip & expected a decent stay because usually sandman hotels are pretty good. As soon as we got to the hotel it was immediately a bad experience. We were given a room on the 3rd floor (really weird layout and hard to find, had to go through multiple different rooms in order to get to the section where our room was) the door was jammed and we had to slam it to get it to open. Upon entering, the room was so messy and all the bedding was bunched up into a big ball sitting on the bed. Super strange. So we went back down to the lobby to ask for a different room. Everyone in the lobby was complaining about different things, no one was happy, plenty of issues at this hotel for all customers here. We finally got a clean room to stay in but it had two small beds instead of one queen (not what we asked for but oh well) super old building, clearly hasn’t had any renovations done in a VERY long time. front desk staff were very nice and tried their best to help!! If I were them I’d probably quit. Won’t ever come back
S	Shaun H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here with my son's hockey team for a tournament. It was a nice family hotel I would rate as 3-star hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance; however, their heated atrium area where the pool was located was a great space for the kids to hang out and play between hockey games. The atrium is a massive indoor space with plenty of room for kids to run around, and parents can hang out. I would highly recommend it for any teams looking for a place to stay.
