M	Miss ShorTy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff - thank you. Convenient free self parking. This visit wasn't a vacation, I needed a restful place to stay - I was on the 2nd floor in the tower; lovely little suite looking onto the golf course - however it was VERY loud. So loud I had to ask to be moved. Big plus >> Darlene & mngr accommodated me without hassle! I was moved to the top/4th floor, closer to the traffic but still looking over golf course. The traffic was no big deal compared to the other room. The bed is really comfortable & I actually had a really good sleep. Thank you Ramada for making it right & being super friendly and empathetic. I'd like to note; most if not all staff I interacted with were young adults - and they were all great! I wish I could remember their names :)
W	Winnie Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pool and other parts under reno. Expensive for not having these amenities. Clean rooms. Great soaker tub. Great hot tub. Good service. Hostess at restaurant should have taken a day off she seemed quite unhappy.
J	John MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called the Ramada Penticton to ask about the pool availability and the outdoor bar for when we are planning on visiting in June. I unfortunately spoke with a guy named Paul who was not friendly and not at all helpful. Trying to find out if the pool and the pool bar will be open and available during our planned stay was like pulling teeth. Could not get a straight answer from the guy and at one point he said I was making life difficult for him. If you call, ask who you are speaking to and if it is Paul, ask to speak to someone else or hang up and call back. I have stayed her a couple times before this year and have never had any issues with customer service. Paul, you need some more training mate.
H	Heather Kleyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GREAT FOR LOCALS!! We come here somewhat regularly when we need a break - staff are amazing! They pay attention to detail and definitely go above and beyond. The jetted tub with fireplace is the best!

She got us a beautiful room with patio overlooking the golf course, can not express how wonderful Darlene was :) The room was clean and nice! Bed was comfortable, Keurig machine in room, thumbs up! The pool and hot tub were open! YAY! Pool area clean, hot tub was Hot :) A few days in needed a few things and Lindsey was AMAZING! She took care of us and got everything and more. Guest service lady was super sweet as well. The service at this hotel was top notch. Hotel had all the amenities we needed. Will definitely go back. Thank you!

Alone on business trips at first, then with my family, and now my hubby and I try to sneak off alone here as well! The staff and service are exceptional. Grounds and amenities are fantastic. Rooms are spacious, and apparently there are updates happening soon ?

Above all else, the staff were all super kind and accommodating. I made an error when booking and the woman at the front desk was able to help me so smoothly. When we checked in the lady there was so kind as well. This is my second time staying here and each time has been really positive.
