★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purchased a vehicle from Subaru Penticton that is a lemon. Brought it in multiple times for the same issue (issue started at 76,000km and the issue is still ongoing at 102,000kms). Their mechanics have seen it at least 4x now and misdiagnosed every time. They allegedly did a smoke test for vacuum leaks; however, they clearly did it improperly. Brought the vehicle to a fantastic, highly recommended shop in West Kelowna and they instantly found the problem... Intake Manifold Gasket needs to be replaced. This should be covered under the warranty; however, since it was misdiagnosed so many times and this issue has drawn out so long it is no longer covered.
Beware taking any/all vehicles here. Poor technical knowledge and very poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam artists ripped a 23 year old kid off he bought a used car from them and the clutch went in under 2000 Km after he specifically asked about the clutch and was told it was good and then they would not fix it. Bad business I will be advising everyone I can to stay away from this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a new car from this dealership and couldn't believe how easy it was. Ian the salesperson was very direct, honest, and not at all pushy. He basically let the car sell itself. Everyone from sales to finance was incredibly informative and easy going which was great for me because this was my first time buying a new car. I feel like I got exactly what I needed and didn't have to fight off extra fees or unnecessary upgrades. I will definitely get my next car there. Thanks Subaru!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well we went to see a 2022 Outback and ended out buying a 2022 Ascent Onyx.
Opon arrival we were met by Herb Dixon who was in my opinion very friendly and patient ...never rushing or pushy.
We highly recommend and appreciate Herb and the rest of the Penticton team....PS....only my Mom gets 5 stars..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my Subaru Outback a month ago. Drove from NB and put 5000km on the car. Great car. Wanted to have a quick check on a leaky breaking system. Only option offered was to go see another mechanic or leave the car for one day as they MAY find time to check the issue.I live in Osoyoos. I did not feel like the service person wanted/ cared for my business /safety so will find a mechanic to look after my car.

Been to other dealerships in Oliver and it sometimes feel I am walking into a funeral. Here, they give you a smile and always have great conversation.
They provided great quote with detailed information. Made sure that I understood what was going on and what needed to be done.
Same when picking up the car, went through all the details and made sure I knew what they did.
