Expectations were exceeded. I appreciated being able to book my appointment online and attentive and caring service from the service department team. They were helpful and accommodating. Also, I love my new Grand Cherokee!

While having work done on my vehicle here I was called and told that someone hit my vehicle that the headlight had to be replaced and some paint work. Two and a half months later I called speaking with the service manager that they were trying to track down the person who did the damage. A week later got a call telling me the vehicle was ready. Upon inspection the fender, headlight, and trim were not aligned properly. There was no paper work provided and when I asked was told it could be sent to me the following day. I would think it would be a simple matter of printing it from their records which indicates to me nothing had been properly entered. There is much more and I will be writing Dodge Canada directly and providing all the information as I recorded each conversation. BE SURE TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT ANY WORK DONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP

ORIGINAL REVIEW (see below for updates): My wife and I were originally looking for a late model truck, any make. We searched the Big Three lots in town, and discovered that it was not a big stretch for us to move into a new truck, thanks to the patient and very knowledgeable assistance of Parker's sales rep, Shane Jackson. Shane really knows vehicles and the ins and outs of buying/financing one. He showed us a wonderful 2020 RAM 1500 truck and carefully explained the features and options. Shane was competing against a similarly optioned new Ford F150 offered by the competition. He helped us (again, with patience) compare the two, and we became convinced the RAM was the best choice and deal. After a test drive, sold! Shane is certainly the best car sales rep I've ever encountered. The Parker's team really impressed us, and I look forward to an ongoing service relationship. Our new RAM 1500 Classic with the 5.7L Hemi is fantastic. Lots of giddy-up, very smooth ride, convenient options, and sexy style. UPDATE, Nov.14/2020: I now have over 3000 KMS on the truck, and I am loving it. The ride is excellent and quiet. Tons of power. Great gas mileage. But with the first snowfall, I decided to put new wheels and winter tires on it. I shopped all over, locally and online. I wanted an aggressive tread, studs, and alloy wheels. Nick, in Parker's parts department, suggested Fuel wheels and General Grabber ATx tires. Beautiful combination. I got competitive quotes from other vendors and Parkers came in slightly higher but superior delivery. I figured it was best to keep the truck enhancements as much in the Parker's family as possible. That way, I minimize service providers. Kelvin in Service booked me in for install a few days out. The wheel supplier screwed up delivery, so the installation was delayed a few days. The guys at Parker's bust their butts to make it happen, and the winter treads were still installed in good time. UPDATE, January 2021: Everything written previously still applies, except for a problem that cropped up a few weeks after the delivery. The truck is supposed to have a compass gauge. The window sticker specifies that it is included in an option package which was listed as a $1495.00 add-on. I used that window sticker to compare against a new Ford truck that I had already put a deposit on. The window sticker is the only documentation available to a customer prior to the sale. I used it to change my buying decision from the Ford to the RAM. The Ford had a compass. But after delivery, no compass reading appeared on the instrument cluster, as documented in the owner's manual. After two service trips, much head-scratching by service techs, many weeks, and an escalation to Parker's GM, I was informed the truck does not have a compass, nor can it be installed retroactively. I escalated the issue to FCA, and they told me I'm out of luck. This was disappointing, but Parker's GM was very empathetic, and I remain a loyal customer. Update June 2021: Decided it's time to get a new car. I sold a 14-year-old Mustang GT and started looking for a replacement. I wanted a vintage-nostalgic muscle car. I looked at Mustangs, Camaros, Chargers, and Challengers. The Challenger was just superior to them all. Again, Shane Jackson provided excellent sales assistance, and put me on to a gorgeous all-wheel-drive Challenger GT. The dealership had ordered this car and offered it to me. It had not yet been built. So, it took a bit of a wait, as the factory was plagued with chip shortages and shutdowns. But it arrived in May. I now have over 2000 kms on the car, and I'm in love with it. This is a gorgeous, sophisticated car. It's the only muscle car that pays homage to its origins. Park this car next to a 1970 Challenger and the resemblance is amazing. No other muscle car comes remotely close to their prestigious ancestor's appearance. Again, I'm very happy with the courteous service provided by Parkers.

We are happy with all of the people that we were involved with during our recent purchase. The first visit to dealership I was not impressed with first salesman felt to pushed so left, decided to come back one more time when I came back I meet with Norm Silva and was he a great sales rep.would definitely deal with him again, what service required in service department they were also very good.

Greg and everyone at Parker Chrysler were great to work with. I hassled them last year about a vehicle I wanted but not for what they were asking. Someone used it as a demo for awhile and then the price was better and they bettered their offer on my trade in and did some more negotiating, and finally came to an agreement that was fair. Can't ask more then that, but then Greg gave the kids and myself some swag making everyone happy!

I could NOT of had a better experience or time working with Shane at Parker's when test driving and learning about the Wrangler Jeep they had in their lot. Soon as we went out for a test drive, I was in love with my jeep, I immediately told Shane, after he told me about it's incredible features, that I wanted to buy it. Everyday I walk out of the house and look at my new car and happy I have a brand new car that drives like a dream! When I had questions about all it's fancy features, Shane continued to help me when I called him even after I had bought it. Top notch in sales customer service!

We were both really pleased with the overall experience of purchasing our new Pacifica Hybrid. We traded in two used cars and Parkers made us" an offer we could not refuse". Shane introduced us to the Pacific showed us the features, took us for a really nice test ride, answering any questions we had. The young lady that processed our paper work was professional and just happy to look after us ( I apologize for not remembering your name). Insurance guy showed up and processed that paperwork quickly. Shane then took us back to our new Hybrid, set up our phones, explained all the technologies and safety features. What beautiful car. Nice design Chrysler!@
