Ryan is super friendly, very helpful and took the time on his day off to help me get set up to buy their GR86 even though the dealership was closed for Easter weekend. Leah was very friendly and super helpful taking care of setting up the financing and payment. Walter was super indepth and took the time to explain everything about the car and made sure I understood everything leaving the dealership. Highly recommend buying a car from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been 2 weeks and I love my new 2022 Toyota Tacoma Off Road. I dealt with Chris Wood, who was very professional. He helped me with any questions or concerns that I had and made sure that I was going to get exactly what I wanted in my vehicle. Chris was very informative and easy to talk to, and I didn’t feel any sales pressure at all.
I did have to order my Toyota Tacoma and wait for 9 weeks for it to come in, and throughout that time period Chris kept in touch with me, and kept me up to date.
Today I called and had some questions about my Truck and Chris told me to come on down and he would show me how to operate those things I was getting wrong.
Thanks Chris for the great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying any kind of Toyota come to Penticton and talk with Chris Wood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic experience it was dealing with Brian, Earnie, John, and Ashley throughout the entire process. I bought a slightly used truck from them and after getting an independent inspection done, there were a few little things that needed to be handled, which Toyota Penticton did as quickly as possible. They even picked us up and gave us a ride down to the dealership and had plates waiting for us! Overall, one of the best buying experiences we have been through when buying a vehicle!
