The sales person (Brad Simmonds) and the Sales Manager (Steve Allan) were professional and knowledgeable. I look forward to a a future relationship with this dealer for service and (maybe) other vehicle purchases.

I told him exactly what I needed and wanted and he followed through to a T. I got what I wanted for my vehicle and he got me into a vehicle I wanted (I know that never happens at dealerships)! Excellent character and outstanding salesmen.

Nick was amazing & treated me very respectfully. He was so thorough and based decisions on my needs. Let me repeat, "my needs".....
Also-- Steve & Tanya presented me with a very positive experience.
I would have no concerns recommending this dealership to any of my friends or family, I couldn't have asked for better service and their kindness was overwhelming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday my wife and myself went to check on the prices of cars locally, ( just looking) thinking the dealerships would be closed (Easter Monday). Penticton Nissan wasn't. In any case the salesman Mike was not pushy but very helpful. He found us what we were looking for and we bought 2 cars and traded in our old Truck. The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had, everyone from Steve the Sales Manager, Mike the salesman to Tanya in finance and the Insurance person ( forgot name ) were very helpful. Next car we will buy will be from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give a big shoutout to Nick Bravi and Steve Allan at Penticton Nissan, whom helped me pick a vehicle and got it delivered to me in a week !!
Just last month in the cold snap in December when my car died, I sent an inquiry online and within 30 mins Nick and Steve contacted me and got all the details to help me find the Nissan Rogue I wanted.
I really needed my vehicle for work and they delivered in a week and all of us left the table feeling happy with the transaction.
The best part, they did everything over the phone and I only went down to the dealership from kamloops when the vehicle was ready for pickup and everything that was relayed over the phone was accurate when I got there.
Penticton Nissan will be my go to place for vehicle needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having a super annoying experience with another dealership I came to Penticton Nissan to find a new vehicle. It was an awesome experience all the way through. Sales associate Mike Turner was able to get me the exact vehicle I was looking for and Aaron Mackenzie worked with me to make my payments affordable. As a new mom trying to upgrade my vehicle they made the experience completely stress free and made me feel comfortable the whole way through which I greatly appreciated. I will be recommending this location to everyone!
