I was repeatedly being turned away from other offices due to a complicated out-of-province insurance situation and she was amazing in helping me identify what I needed to proceed and assisted me through the entire process, with a smile on her face! Julie definitely goes the extra mile to get the job done and make her customers happy. Literally perfect service. Would recommend Julie for anything you need 100x over!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with transfer papers. There was an "I" instead of a "1" on the paper. She wouldn't accept it and wrote on it "Not acceptable " in fat marker across it to make sure that I wouldn't take it elsewhere. Never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling them yesterday to add my wife on my insurance but no one answered. I went to the office around 7pm but found out that they are closed although on their website and on google it says they are open till 9pm. Please update your hours of operation so that we know what time you guys are "actually" open till. Will never visit them ever again.

I have been dealing with Julie Ferrier for a number of years now. She has always in the past and she still does at present time provide knowledgeable, friendly and accurate customer service. She knows her job well and no matter what the situation she is always pleasant, remains calm and will do her best to resolve issues presented to her. Nothing is ever too much!!! I am moving out of province this month and yesterday I went to see her about renewal of my auto policies that were going to possibly expire while I may still be on route across this country. She knew exactly what my best course of action would be and what insurers would need in Nova Scotia where I am moving. I sincerely hope that Sussex insurance know what an asset they have in Julie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave a zero star review I would! My family and I have had nothing but rude and unhelpful service from this place. We were sold private insurance and when we needed to cancel it we were given the run around. When we finally had everything on our end sorted out, we went into cancel and they again gave us the run around and even after surrendering our plates for our vehicle the insurance was not cancelled. We were also told they would call us back when the private insurance was cancelled and they never did. Every time I've gone into the place I've been met with rude agents who talk down to me and won't listen to what I have to say. I DO NOT recommend going here to anyone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife sold her car today and we went to the office to transfer the title. The guy working there was really professional and helped us with filling out the transfer form. We were in and out of the office in about 5-10mins. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a friendly and quick service.
