★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to go to a bank to ask for help, and get a ruse where " we'll give you a loan, but you have to buy life insurance " when a person has fallen on hard times, and hear laughter as you leave, then this bank is for you. Call the 800 number, you'll get better help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a Interior Savings member for over 25 years and they have been excellent to deal with at all other branches however the new Penticton branch has been anything but. All they have been is inconvenient, and unwilling to work with their customers needs. And, by the way I read the last review and your response. Customers still use cash, our customers still use cash but you do not accept cash which is ridiculous if you actually cared about your customers needs to carry out business transactions. Cash does not equal an ATM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bank that doesn't take cash and a teller that acts like you carry the plague when you hand her $9000 cash then tells me to drive 45 minutes return to ok falls.... what a joke. Last i checked, cash is legal tender in Canada. ?? customer service at its finest
