★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped to grab some money from bank machine. Used the bathroom horrible horrible had to clean the toilet seat it was covered in urine. The bathroom smelled like urine. 2 cashier's on both stand at the front talking. 2 customers in the store. I decided not to purchase anything after that experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always open. Charge $0.50 for a refill coffee on the way to work. Can even treat yourself to a flavored hot chocolate or French Vanilla etc for the same price. With the app every 7th coffee is free. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt too rushed and was sent off the table without a bag offer... I had multiple items. I couldn’t understand him to begin with having such a deep Indian accent. Just said here you go next I think so went without getting a bag. Next time I’m making a scene. I work in retail and customer service. I know what proper is in Canada and that’s not it. It used to be a great store up until 2 years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a burger from there cold fridge, got sick from it being out of food zone temp, they didnt take the rest off the shelf. Also still selling moldy strudels, and hard danishes. there food quilty is far past expired, I wouldn't suggest for anybody's consumption! also bad service everytime, angry looking staff :( they need a inspection...

Cappuccino machine always works.
Pastries, especially the apple fritters are great.
One stop shopping in between big grocery shopping days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if new ownership is responsible for the drastic drop in quality of this store. If this is owned by foreigners I have no problem with that but please don't turn our country into the one in which you fled. Horrible place with focus based on squeezing every profit at the expense of people's health. Moldy desserts, food I ordered was obviously sitting in the warmer for much too long I couldn't even eat it. Nobody spoke understandable English. This is what's happening to Canada and it's business's. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst group of all East Indian men on at night that judge your appearance to use the bathroom. At 11pm and an hour from home there is NO other options. Twice now better dressed ladies have been given keys and it was no longer out of order. They lie continuously to your face here even the manager has lied to my face. I so wish there was more options in this town !!!!!!!
