★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I deposited a cheque for 5362 dollars with a bank teller which never showed up in my account, I went back to the bank and asked the lady at the front desk about the issue and she confirmed it wasnt there while promptly trying to get me to leave. I asked for a manager and was informed they were on lunch, I asked her to call the manager to resolve the issue as I was on the clock at work. The manager tried to take my number and call me back instead of dealing with the issue promptly. I was made to wait for nearly an hour in the lobby before the manager finished their lengthy lunch break instead of dealing with thousands of dollars being misplaced by his employees. I have never had issues at other branches of ATB, but at this one I was met with a condescending tone and made to wait for an extended period of time even though the fault lied with the bank. Bank elsewhere if you'd like to be respected.
