She refused to even let me look at them, said she won't sell me anything without the watch. Not my first time with going to the store, all my interactions have been the same, will be my last time going in.
R	Ray Ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so i lost an heirloom ring for about a year during a cross country drive n a family member retrieved it with a metal detector recently. went here to get ring resized, was very excited. was told it would be about 3 weeks on paper. then when 3 weeks had gone by we called ourselves (they claimed someone call that we missed with no message after 5 days of taking it in. possibly like the other review here that says they took MONTHS to call just to say they couldn't resize a piece).. anyway when i tried it was tight, they wouldn't let me resize again unless we pay full price but i know what i picked wasn't my mistake I have arthritis so I chose carefully a half size.. & a lady at desk claimed they ship out to resize them, but i was told personally by the guy on the phone that they resize in store so they're not even on the same page about their methods. should have read other bad reviews before we got jipped- they don't even seem to have resized it at all since it's as tight as it was before I took it in, besides a bit of shine on top it is still weathered on underside engravement. avoid disappointment n take your business elsewhere
R	Russell Plouffe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my fossil watch in to get the battery replaced and the man that works there told me the watch doesnt use a battery and it's broken. I told him it is an automatic watch but only for the second timer not the main clock hands. He proceeded to look at me like I was completely retarded so I just went home and took it apart myself. I found the battery location almost instantly after opening it and did the replacement myself. Awful service.

After 3 weeks we went to pick it up and were told that he had a heart attack and the necklace would be sent out to get fixed in the next couple days. Went in a month and a half later to pick it up as we were told it would take 3 weeks. They said that they could not find it . Went back a few days later and they said it was just sent out to get fixed. An other month and some later I go in to pick it up. Was told that it has not been fixed yet since he had a heart attack ( the one he had in June) and he just got back to work a couple weeks ago but now is on VACATION. 4+ months of giving them a chance and being understanding only to never have our necklace fixed. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere. After posting about it on facebook we found out we are far from being the only ones that has had a similar experience.
