I had no picture of what I was getting and to make things worse I took a lot of my jewellery and gem stone and gave him a drawing of what I wanted. Not only was the pendant very very expensive it was so far from what I had asked for. Go to Front Street Jewellers and cried and begged them to fix. It was for a Granddaughters Graduation. Today I picked up the most amazing pendent EVER and on time. I will go back there again and again as they are awesome. Lorna
C	Crystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely couple. Beautiful work! It's been about 2 months since I came in with a very sentimental ring my beloved friend gave me who sadly passed away.. I needed it resized and cleaned. I didn't want to just drop it off to any Jeweler but when I came in and talked to them they made me feel comfortable knowing my very sentimental ring will be well taken care off. They also resized my ring and cleaned it in a week! Just so I could wear it for my friends Celebration of Life... Thank you so much for the beautiful work and the compassion in a very emotional time. I'll definitely be coming back in for any other jewelry I have and have recommended you to many.

It took a few extra days to get my rings back - only because they didn't have a diamond that matched the others in my setting. I had to look at the picture that I took when I broke my ring to confirm which diamond was replaced when I got it back. They charged me what they quoted me. All work was done on premise. Honest down to earth people. I would highly recommend them.

I walked in with a plethora of ideas of what I wanted but had a specific budget that I wanted to go in with. Daryl and Amber were amazing to work with as they helped me pick the best ring for my budget. Not once did they treat me like another sale. They genuinely cared about getting me the best product they could. In the end I ended up with the best possible ring I could have asked for. The part that really showed me their amazing character was when they personally drove my ring to the shipping depot so it could get on the truck in time for delivery as the snowy weather would have made my ring come in late. The ring ended up coming in @10:00am the day I was supposed to propose. If it were any other company I am positive I would not have got my ring in on time. I will bring all of my jewellery services to Front Street Jewellers!

I had a pair of earrings that one of the posts on the hoop broke off, I honestly didn't think they could be fixed, my daughter's boyfriend said to try Front Street as they fixed a chain for him. They were super fast with the repairs and the price was very reasonable. Thank you both :)
