★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Zero accountability. They will not stand by their work. We found errors in basic math calculations (there is a 10,000 discrepancy) that they cannot explain and will not fix. We gave them 5,000 for taxes that they not only did not apply to the taxes but did not tell us they did not apply to the taxes. The following year we found out we still owed CRA. This office refuses to provide any answers or explanation, nor will they remedy or resolve the problems that they caused us. GO ELSEWHERE. These people will tell you to take them to court if you ask them to explain a discrepancy or need them to be accountable to you when you discover their mistakes.

I lost my job, moved back to BC and used up every cent I had trying to dig myself out of a hole. These guys helped me make the first of many steps in my life that made me more successful. I paid a fraction of what I owed, learned a lot of useful budgetary skills and today I am debt free. Don't continue to struggle because you feel guilty; that's what your creditors want.. You will waste valuable time and money trying to fix things without help, and the sooner you start, the sooner you'll rid yourself of debt. Call BDO. The worst thing that can happen is you took 10 minutes out of your day to get information you might not have had yesterday.
