★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy I received a text message asking for a review 3 days after my purchase. You guys sold me jewelry I clearly stated was for a birthday. Texting me asking for a review does not help keep a suprise. The pendant I bought had a clearance sticker on it as well but they wouldn't give me the clearance price on it. I think I will be looking for a better company to deal with for any future purchases

Emily was a pleasure to deal with and was the reason I returned today and made a purchase. Very friendly and goes out of her way to offer customer service that is second to none. I won’t shop anywhere else from now on. Amazing job and such a nice change of pace to meet someone that hasn’t lost or forgotten what customer service and appreciation means

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I went to look for a ring with not a whole lot of clue what we wanted. I tried on probably 15 rings until the salesperson offered for me to try on a 10 carat white gold ring with diamonds in the shape of a snowflake, and I instantly fell in love with it. I have extra tiny fingers, so I had to send it to get resized and they did an excellent job. Their customer service is incredible and I would absolutely buy from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough about Emily and her staff. They are all so pleasant and professional. The staff are not pushy to make the customer feel they have to purchase high end product, instead, they listen and let the customer take the time to make a decision.
Recently I brought my rings in to be fused and resized. They had to be sent away but the work was outstanding.
My husband and me highly recommend Paris Jewellers in Penticton BC.
